RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Narela, we offer a 60-day return window from the date of delivery.

RETURN CONDITIONS

To be eligible for a return, the product must meet ALL of the following conditions:

  • Unused, unopened, and in perfect condition.
  • Original security seal intact and undamaged.
  • Complete original packaging present.
  • No signs of tampering, opening, use, or damage.
  • Not altered or partially used.

For hygiene and health safety reasons, returns of opened, used, or unsealed cosmetic products will not be accepted under any circumstances.

We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions upon inspection of the received product.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. If the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery, including clear photos of the issue, so we can assess the situation and provide a solution.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

We do not accept returns for:

  • Opened or used products.
  • Products missing their original packaging.
  • Products showing signs of use or tampering.
  • Returns sent without prior written authorization.
  • Returns submitted after the 60-day return window has expired.

SHIPPING COSTS

Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For returns not caused by a Narela error, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

EXCHANGES

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please place a new order.

REFUNDS

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within approximately 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, additional processing time may apply.
